Position Overview
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide personalized support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Care Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being through daily assistance, companionship, and skilled support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating).
- Provide mobility support and safe transfers.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Support medication reminders (non-medical).
- Monitor clients’ overall well-being and report concerns.
- Encourage healthy routines and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and follow care plans.
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely (with training)
